Hey Beautiful Souls,
There is a reason why We are connecting right now ...
I want to be honest with you.
I haven’t always been on this spiritual journey.In my ‘previous life’ ( as I like to call it) I have been for so many years Managers in Londoners Pubs or involved in any Alcohol serving.
Running around, working endless shifts, no eating breaks & smoking cigarettes was my kind of lunch break.
Exhaustion & stress were my friends & drugs and alcohol were my go-to quick fixes.
A quick paracetamol & problem solved!
It was only a matter of time before my body would tell me to STOP.
That was enough.
My life was a mess and I looked like a mess. I was lost & meaningless life.
Upcoming Events
Looking back...My entire body was giving up.
The only way to let me realise that was not my path.
I started practicing Yoga & Meditation again.
I went back on the path that it was meant to be.
The path I choose since I was 19 years & then I decided to 'take it & pack it away'.
I went back there.
I went back where I felt safe.
Something needed to be done.
Get my life back.
I realised that there was not any self- love.
I realised that I was the only I could rely on.
I was the only One to save myself.
I just had to look within and find the happiness, joy, the strength.
The BEST VERSION OF MYSELF was just there, waiting for me to let it come out..
I had my ups & downs.
Something was wrong: the power & strength had to come within me.
I started questioning myself, If I was feeling like that, how many out there were in my 'kind of' same situation?
I wanted to Heal & Get my life Back
So I did my Yoga Trainings & Meditation retreats. I went couple of times to Mama India.
I studied Sound Healing at the Sound Healing Academy & Wellness Coach at the Nature care College in Sydney.
During my Bali Journey I had the chance to become a Reiki Healer Level II.
I am obsessed for any spiritual & women empowerment books.
I am happy, fulfilled, empowered & full of joy.
This does not mean that my life is perfect, on the contrary my life is perfectly imperfect...
But... the way I live my life is just with pure love & inner peace.
I want to empower You in all areas of your life from Love to Health.
